Nuovissima versione di K3b,uno dei miei programmi di masterizzazione preferiti..assieme alla new entry Brasero
La Unstable e’ pensata piu’ che altro per bug hunter..in attesa di una versione finale che a questo punto si preannuncia interessante
Installazione
Se quindi ve la sentite di bruciare (al vento) qualche tonnellata di dvd..:)..potete contribuire alla versione 1.0 beta scaricando e installando k3b con l’opzione
./configure --enable-debug=full
seguita dall’immancabile
sudo make && make install
Ora lanciamo “k3b”..noteremo che mancano due requisiti per un corretto funzionamento
Uno riguarda i permessi di CDRAO,da settare opportunamente col tool
sudo k3bsetup
Inoltre,per poter masterizzare in multisessione i DVD+RW ci vuole una versione di growisofs maggiore della versione 6.1.Kubuntu Edgy ,attualmente, utilizza propio la versione 6.1..quindi dobbiamo scaricare la versione 7.0 dei DVD+RW-TOOLS da questo LINK
Scompattiamo dvd+rw-tools-7.0.tar.gz nella dir preferita e installiamolo
cd dvd+rw-tools-7.0
sudo make
sudo make install
I sorgenti li potete anche eliminare..gli eseguibili creati sono nella vostra dir di installazione ..lanciate
growisofs --version
e finalmente vedremo “7.0″…ora le dipendenze di k3b sono soddisfatte
Installare TkDVD
Gia’che ci siamo,perche’ non citare questo semplice front-end per growisofs

Grazie all’impiego delle librerie TCL/Tk,questo programma e’ adatto anche a sistemi che campeggiano su computer datati o con poche risorse..

Un ottimo tema per k3b realizzato da Carpelinx
Basta scaricare il pacchetti ed estrarlo..all’interno ci sono 3 pacchetti che contengono i relativi temi
copiarli in /usr/share/apps/k3b/pics e selezionare il tema dalle impostazioni di k3b

si..sono tutte librerie che puoi aggiungere dopo (libdvdread) o codec “missing” come ogg vorbis,ffmpeg etc…
Per tutte queste cose dei usare i repository MEDIBUNTU
Per il k3bsetup..non si chiama piu’ cosi’..e oltretutto e’ un pannello in pyqt che si interlaccia al kcontrol che e’ il centro di controllo principale..quindi su gnome non ho idea di come si possa fare
un modo per lanciare singolarmente questo modulo e’
sudo kcmshell kde-k3bsetup2
Non e’ propio un problema..perche’ puoi dare i permessi anche al solo cdrecord..oppure prova a controllare nelle opzioni di k3b..sovresti trovare propio una voce che fa riferimento al k3bsetup..;)
ps. dopo il make manca solo make install

ps:scusa per il tempo che ti ho fatto perdere ,
