K3b 1.0

I am proud to announce the release of K3b 1.0. After years and years of development, all the sweat (actually in the summer it can get sticky in front of the screen), all the tears (ok, admittedly, not that many), and all the countless hours I spent on a single application finally we have what I think is worth the big 1. K3b has come a long way since the early days in 1998 when it started as a dummy project for me to learn C++ and QT development. The reason for that (besides my hacking) is the amazing feedback I got from the open source community and especially all the KDE worshipers. Give yourself a hand. Without all of you K3b would not have lived this long.

Per scoprire tutte le nuove funzionalita’ di K3b 1.0 bisogna leggerle direttamente dal changelog del sito ufficiale di Sebastian Trueg,perche’ elencarle qua non basterebbe lo spazio.
Per tutti gli utenti di Kubuntu Feisty Fawn 7.04
,ho creato 2 pacchetti .deb(x86 32bit) per l’installazione tramite package manager o via kubuntu-servicemenu
Per poter installare i k3b-1.0 e’ necessario rimuovere da adept_manager i seguenti pacchetti:

*k3b-i18n
*libk3b-dev
*libk3b2-mp3
*libk3b2

Da terminale:

sudo apt-get remove k3b-i18n libk3b-dev libk3b2-mp3 libk3b2

Non preoccupatevi se viene disinstallato kubuntu-desktop,e’ solo un metapacchetto la cui rimozione non porta a nessuna conseguenza
Ora potete installare k3b-1.0 e k3b-i18n,dopo averli scompattati, col comodo servicemenu di Kubuntu:

*k3b-1.0-Feisty.tar.bz2
*k3b-ita-feisty.tar.bz2

sudo apt-get install normalize-audio
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/normalize-audio /usr/bin/normalize
